1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the 1250 platform, you agree in full to the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1250 platform's services.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 1250 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

The 1250 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally entitled to participate in betting activities under the applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1250 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring that the registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
Notify 1250 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Being responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.

The 1250 platform reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide the required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary restrictions being placed on account access.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 1250 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Using automated software, bots, or any technology designed to exploit the platform's systems.
Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or to abuse promotions.
Providing false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process.
Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users.

1250 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user found to be in breach of these rules, including suspending or closing the account, withholding related balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 1250 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include local online banking, Touch 'n Go (TNG), and FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.

Key things to understand regarding transactions:

Successfully verified deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe indicated by the system. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification. Withdrawal requests that are incomplete or do not meet verification requirements will be put on hold until the necessary information is received.

6. Account Policy, Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

The 1250 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance held in the account may not be recoverable, depending on the circumstances of the breach.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.

Amendments to Terms

1250 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
